What are "Meta conversation charges"?+
When you start a conversation (a reminder, an offer, a payment link), Meta charges a small per-message fee for approved template messages - roughly ₹0.12 for utility messages in India. When the customer messages first, everything you reply within 24 hours is free. We pass Meta's charge through at actuals on your invoice - no markup.
What happens if I cross my reply limit?+
Nothing stops mid-chat. Extra replies bill at the per-reply rate on your plan (₹0.40 Starter, ₹0.30 Pro), and your dashboard shows a running meter all month. If you're crossing limits two months running, we'll tell you to upgrade - it's usually cheaper.
